Who Is This For?

Ready to Go Beyond the Basics

This course is for coaches and athletes who have completed TGC Level 1 and want to advance their movement knowledge. Whether you’re helping others break through plateaus or chasing higher skills yourself, Level 2 is where the detail lives.

The Problem

Most People Stop at Basics

Level 1 builds your foundation. But whether you’re coaching or performing advanced skills — bar muscle-ups, pistols, handstand push-ups, and dynamic transitions — the gap between competent and confident is where most people stall.

What You’ll Develop in Level 2

Beyond the Fundamentals

Sharper Movement Analysis

Refine your ability to spot subtle faults, timing errors, and compensations — in yourself and others.

Higher-Level Skills

Develop advanced variations of toes-to-bar, pistols, muscle-ups, inversions, and dynamic transitions.

Better Progress Planning

Build smarter, more effective training and coaching progressions to keep advanced skills moving forward.

Overview

Working Towards Virtuosity

Level 2 expands on TGC Level 1, allowing coaches and athletes to see, attempt, and spot next-level gymnastics skills — and to understand why our training processes are best practice. It’s an opportunity to rediscover the fundamentals of CrossFit® gymnastics movements, working towards virtuosity and mastery as you seek higher skills. Learning in a safe environment matters, so the emphasis is on becoming proficient at the movements and a confident spotter.
