The year of weekly emails a participant receives after finishing a course. Each course type has its own.
Search by name or email. Shows every course they have been on, including ones they cancelled or that have already run.
Between you and one other person. Nothing here is attached to a course.
Everyone with a portal login. Adding somebody emails them a link to set their own password.
They cannot sign in, but everything they did is intact — past courses, notes and invoices all still name them.

If you have not written one before, the five steps are a reasonable way in: know your role and your values, decide what you want the people you coach to leave with, set the standards you hold yourself to as well as them, work out how you will know it is working, and choose the leadership style you want to grow into.
