The Problem
Still Coaching Without a System?
Most coaches feel unsure when teaching gymnastics. You’ve relied on Instagram clips, old drills, or trial and error. This seminar changes that.
What You’ll Get at the Seminar
A Real Coaching System
Movement Diagnostics
Learn how to identify faults in bodyweight movement and coach them effectively.
Clear Progressions
Master the "static before dynamic, strict before kipping" framework with real-life coaching applications.
Coaching Interventions
Use cues, constraints, and interventions to create meaningful movement change on the spot.
Rules and Laws
Principles You Can Coach By
You will be given training rules and laws to apply to your coaching or training. They have evolved from an understanding of sports science and physics, and they become truly guiding and unquestionable.
What You’ll Learn
Four Things That Change How You Coach
Understanding Gymnastics Movement
Gymnastics is purely bodyweight movement, and the human body is infinitely complex. We will teach you to understand it differently.
Movement Assessment
The essence of gymnastics is coordination — recruiting the proper musculature for the right task. Simple in concept, increasingly complex as movement becomes compound. We will teach you to see and correct movement more simply.
How to Spot and Self-Spot
Any coach's goal is to help an athlete progress as quickly and safely as possible. There is no faster route to gymnastic success than spotting and self-spotting.
Programming and Scaling
Gymnastics programming doesn't need to be hard. It just needs to be often. We will teach you to program gymnastics regularly to support skill development and responsible intensity.
