The Problem
You’ve Grown Since Level 1
After Level 1 you’ve put in the work — building stronger coach-athlete relationships, shaping your philosophy, improving your interactions. But you’re starting to hit the limits of what you can do without:
Deeper Biomechanics
You’re reaching the limits of what Level 1 biomechanics can explain.
Repeatable Assessment
No clear, repeatable assessment process to confirm what you think you’re seeing.
A Bank Of Interventions
Nothing to reach for when a cue stops working and the athlete needs something else.
Now Your Coaching Needs To Grow With You
Without these tools, progress for you and your athletes can plateau — and your full coaching potential stays just out of reach.
Before You Start
Built For Coaches Who’ve Completed Level 1
Level 2 is the next step in the BirdBox coach development pathway — for coaches who have passed BirdBox Level 1 and want to take ownership of their growth and leadership.
Level 1 laid the groundwork: coaching methodology, self-awareness, the coach-athlete relationship, communication, motivation and leadership. Level 2 moves you from exercise instruction to effective exercise coaching.

Intervention Techniques
Access a bank of prescribed exercises to enhance performance and reduce injury risk.
Why This Seminar Matters
Joint Assessment And Movement Mastery
We emphasise joint movement assessments as a crucial part of your coaching toolkit. They let you validate what you’re seeing, evaluate mobility, and make sure athletes can perform exercises safely — including recognising red flags and staying within your professional scope.
Throughout the weekend we focus on specific joints and how their function affects performance. Starting at the ankle, we explore common limitations and their ripple effects through the kinetic chain. Understanding those connections is what makes better programming and intervention possible.
