Coaching-Led Throughout

Three Hours Of Being Coached

Our seminars are built to educate. A workshop is built to coach. You’ll spend the session moving, being assessed, and receiving personal interventions — with the reasoning explained as you go.

Come to train and receive coaching, or come to see the TGC method applied end to end, from first warm-up through to individual feedback. Most people do both.

Every Workshop Is Different

The Movements Are Set Before You Book

We don’t run one fixed workshop on repeat. Each session is built around specific movements, named up front so you know exactly what you’re signing up to coach or train.

That lets each coach teach to their strength — rings and rolls, flexibility and splits, headstands through to handstand push-ups, strict pulling work.

The Shape Of The Session

Six Parts, Every Time

The movements change from workshop to workshop. The structure doesn’t — it’s the same framework every TGC coach delivers against.

Briefing

Introductions, session objectives, and the terms and thinking behind the movements you’re about to work on.

Warm-Up

Line drills chosen for the day’s movements, with the justification for each one explained as you go.

Pre-Activation & Interventions

Prepare the relevant chain, and address what’s limiting you individually. This is where personal interventions start.

Shape & Positional Development

The positions underneath the skill — built, held, and tested before anything gets more complex.

Movement & Coaching

The main block. Coached practice of the day’s movements, with variations scaled to what you showed in testing.

Cool Down & Takeaways

Stretching, individual feedback, and the practical tools to keep developing the movement after you leave.

An Example Session

Strict Pull-Up, Strict Toes-To-Bar & Pull-Over

One of the bar-focused sessions in our workshop catalogue. Participants are coached through all three movements, tested, then given personal interventions and time-under-tension work scaled to what they showed.

You leave with practical development tools — and a clear picture of how long-term movement development actually works.

Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need any experience?

No. Workshops are fully open to all levels, and the coaching is scaled to what you show on the day.

What if I can’t do the movement yet?

That is rather the point. You will be tested, given interventions, and scaled to a variation that develops you toward it.

Do I need to have done TGC Level 1?

No. There are no prerequisites of any kind.

How do I know which movements are covered?

Every workshop names its movements before you book, on that workshop’s own page.

How long is it, and how many people?

Three hours, in person, with a maximum of fifteen participants per coach.

Do I receive CEUs?

No. Workshops are coaching sessions rather than certification courses.

What should I bring?

Training clothes, water, and anything you normally train in.

Can I get a refund?

Workshops are non-refundable, but we can issue a credit that transfers to any BirdBox offering — another workshop, a seminar, or an online course.
